Jeweler Buys Property on Villlage Green - Feb 18, 2010

The Worthington Jewelers located at 692 N. High Street in Worthington puchased the mix use retail building they occupied, as well as the adjacent office/home property located on the Village Green for St. Johns Church. The buildings located at 692-694 N. High Street were both owned by St. Johns Church and the sellers packaged the properties, put together a lot split and sold the together on 2/12/2010.

Tim Weber and Scott Hrabcak represented St. Johns in the negoitation and sale of the subject property which Worthington Jewelers plans to continue to occupy and back-fill the house office space with another tenant.
